My role involved the conception and technical integration of audio assets to support the game’s unique science-fiction setting and narrative-driven gameplay. Key responsibilities included:

Sound Design for Prototyping

Created and iterated on early sound assets for various gameplay systems (exploration, user feedback) to support rapid prototyping and internal playtests.

Natural & Dynamic Ambiences:

Designed immersive soundscapes including wind, ice cracking, distant geological activity. These ambiences were built with a focus on layering, movement, and responsiveness to player actions and in-game events.

Built immersive soundscapes to establish the tone of space environments and inhabited zones, with dynamic layering and responsiveness to gameplay states.

Integrated assets using Wwise and Unreal Engine 5, implementing adaptive audio behaviors through states, RTPCs, and custom logic.
